Computer design and a precision plotter enables us to put the exact die cutting image directly onto our die board. With today’s technology, the path from concept through design, sample and layout, has been shortened considerably.  Revisions to designs and samples are simple to create and test before the die is manufactured!

Standard die manufacture turnaround time is 2-3 days with most dies produced in 2 days. Dies requiring tight industrial tolorances ( + or - .010") should have 2-3 days planned in our production schedule. Dies requiring "laser burning" (typically for intricate or tolorance dies) should have an extra 2-3 days planned in our schedule.
